About CECC/UnB

The Center for Comparative Constitutional Studies of the University of Brasília (CECC/UnB), an advanced research hub at the Faculty of Law of the University of Brasília, is committed to deepening and expanding the study of constitutions, constitutional systems, and their interaction with global politics. Our aim is to encourage innovative approaches, establish strategic partnerships, and consolidate our position as a center of excellence in comparative constitutional research. This commitment involves a wide range of activities, including the comparative analysis of constitutional texts, the investigation of the political implications of constitutional structures, and the study of global trends in constitutional governance. Through our work, we seek to make a significant contribution to the understanding and improvement of constitutional systems around the world, fostering enriching dialogues among academics, legal practitioners, and policymakers.
